Street & Bridge Program Management

ATSER is providing program management services to the City of Houston for the upgrade, renovation and replacement of street and bridge infrastructure throughout the city for a yearly average of $20-$25 million in construction projects. ATSER is responsible for overall program contract administration and management services. ATSER customized our proprietary construction management system, Construct-IT™, to meet the City of Houston Street and Bridge Program Management requirements. The program provides automated centralized collection of field data including project photos on handheld PDA's and sharing of key program information by ATSER field personnel, office staff and key City of Houston management executives.
Capital Improvements Program

The City of Houston's Public Works and Engineering Department is employing ATSER's Construct-IT™ system to manage the city's $700 million Public Works Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) which is comprised of hundreds of projects. The web-based CIP Management System makes use of PDA handheld computers for acquisition of construction inspection information to status projects in real-time. Real-time access to management information allows the public works department to be more efficient and avoid risk in high visibility construction projects.

Harris County Flood Control District
ATSER is currently working with the County's District staff and IT Nexus interviewing District staff to ensure that the end user's needs are met. ATSER is also responsible for coding applications that are defined in C# or VB .NET or other .NET technologies as required. Current applications that have been developed for the HCFCD include: service request application enhancements; outfield PDA application; property management system; SDE conversion; construction reporting system application.
UT Research Park Infrastructure Improvements
U.T./M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Research Park
ATSER, as part of the design/build team, will utilize its proprietary software Assure-IT™ in quality control, document control, and scheduling services for infrastructure development. The project consists of the design and construction of roadways and municipal and franchise utilities for the new 116-acre UT/MDACC South Campus site.
